Are you experienced at making sugar free cakes?
Yes, we have catered for many corporate and private events with our sugar free cakes and will continue to do so.
Can I order from another country or a state?
Of course! We have handled many orders from overseas and interstate customers to help them deliver a beautiful cake to their loved ones. Some of the countries include UK, Canada, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Qatar, US and many more.
We provide various payment options to ease the process including Mastercard, Visa and Paypal.
Each cake includeds a FREE gift card where you can include a special message to your loved ones.
If you would like further assistance or would like to add extra delivery instructions, please include the details in the Order Notes section on the checkout page.
How early do I need to place my order?
We request at least 48hr notice to take on the orders but please call us to find out if we are able to cater for a last minute order. We will do our best to find a solution but this depends on the demand each week.
What if I want a custom cake topper?
We are able to get custom toppers made with 1 week notice. If so, please place your order without selecting a topper but add the details to the “special note” section.
What do I do if I want a bigger/custom sugar free cake?
If you require a larger serving size, please send us an order form through out custom cakes page. Click here to visit.
Do you cater for nut free?
Some of our designs are suitable for nut free allergy needs but please add a “special note” to clarify the severity of the allergy. This can be done on the checkout page or contact us using the live chat option on the bottom right.
