About our wedding cake collection
Our Wedding collection series is carefully curated with a mix of traditional designs as well as those right on trend in 2024 onwards.
We have thoughtfully organised a range of sizes and tiered designs that are suitable from small family gatherings to larger weddings. We have done this to ensure that no matter what your budget is or the restrictions are in the current situation the world is facing, couples are still able to celebrate their special day, with a special CAKE!
Our Wedding collection series is made to cater between 10-160 coffee servings.
No more worrying about how your cake will look or if it will arrive on time in good condition! We will take 100% responsibility and all your stress of handling the cake!

Our goal is to provide an easier, stress free experience of ordering your beautiful wedding cake with only 3 clicks and delivered right to your venue.
We can order pretty much anything online in this day and age, so why not cake. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us by either through email or clicking the chat button on the bottom right.

Delivery
Any of the wedding cakes you order with us will be delivered to your venue anywhere within Melbourne. Our delivery team has gone through essential training to make sure that we transport your beautiful cake to the venue safely and on time.

Ingredients
We value fresh produce, so be sure to know each of our cakes are made with the freshest local ingredients from the eggs to the milk we use. Caring about the growth of our local businesses is a key aspect when it comes to choosing our suppliers because we believe that there is no better way to grow than together as a community.

What do I do if I want a bigger cake?
If you require a larger serving size, please send us an order form through out custom cakes page
What if I have allergy/ dietary requirements
We have pages specialized in making cakes suitable for different dietary requirements. Please email us order@ruwiscakes.com.au with your request and we will send you a separate invoice suitable for your need.
Do you cater for nut free
Some of our designs are suitable for nut free allergy needs but please add a “special note” to clarify the severity of the allergy.
What allergy/dietary requirements do you cater?
We only provide for nut free option in our predesign menu but we cater for other dietary requirements upon request on our specified pages for sugar free, gluten free and vegan cakes
How early do I need to place the order?
We request a minimum 1 week notice to take on the wedding orders but please call us to find out if we are able to cater for a last minute order. We will do our best to find a solution but this depends on the demand each week.
What if I want a custom cake topper?
We are able to get custom toppers made with 1 week notice. If so, please place your order without selecting a topper but add the details to the “special note” section.
